Procurement Executive

The Exciting Opportunity


Due to business growth an opportunity has arisen for a full time Procurement Executive to join our team. The Procurement Executive contributes to RBH's goals and values by supporting the Group Procurement Manager with responsibility of providing day to day procurement services to a range of hotels, based across the UK.  The Procurement Executive will assist by ensuring the hotels comply with the agreed procurement strategies to obtain best value for money and sustainable cost reductions from expenditure on goods and services by monitoring contract compliance. This role will appeal to recent graduates or candidates with experience in working in a commercial environment.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for an individual who has;

  • A positive and up-beat attitude, with a can do mentality
  • The ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • The ability to organise and plan your time effectively
  • Have a sound knowledge and understanding of the 'purchase to pay' process
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills
  • Have systems experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Where Will You Be Working?

You will be working at our friendly Head Office in Glasgow. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Our open plan offices are warm and inviting and your desk will be amongst some great people who work in functions like Marketing, Finance, HR and Property. There is a kitchen on site with access to all appliances as well as complimentary fruit to ensure you are getting your 5 a day. We will also ensure you have a hot (or cold!) lunch ordered for you each time you are in the office.
