Before pyramid, I was thinking that I knew every single bit of the hotel, but then, Pyramid made me realised that there are so many things I needed to learn. At the time of applying, I was a duty manager at the Holiday Inn Express Middlesbrough. I learnt a lot about myself throughout the process as well as new skills and knowledge.
