A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KITCHEN PORTER AT THE OLDE BELL
Reporting to the Head Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Responsibiliy for keeping the KP area clean and tidy
- Operating the dishwasher for cleansing of crockery and cutlery
- Adhering to kitchen food safety policies
- Assisting with general cleanliness of the kitchens
- Any other specific tasks set out by the head or sous chef
