A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER AT THE GANTRY LONDON CURIO COLLECTION BY HILTON.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the F.O. Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Greeting and checking in guests as they arrive.
- Providing guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay
- Managing reservations
- Responding to all guests' requests, problems and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Providing guidance and training to new staff members
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Guest Experience Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills.
We are looking for someone with exceptional verbal and communication skills, able to provide a 5* experience through a personalised guest journey.
You ideally are a hospitality professional who has worked in a Front Office role, who has a positive can-do attitude, acts as a liaison with other departments, and has excellent attention to detail. Experience in ONQ is advantageous but not essential.
This is a hands-on role and the successful applicant must be able to multi-task, anticipate guests’ needs, support the Front of House operation and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
