A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT WOTTON HOUSE HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager you can expect your working day to include the following:
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the service within the restaurant, room service, bar and the conference rooms.
Meet, greet and seat all guests in a friendly manner and maintain the highest level of hospitality/ customer care and be fully conversant with the hotel complaint procedure.
Keep all the Food and Beverage outlet clean, meet the food hygiene regulations at all times and maintain the service area clean; inform customers of specials and menu changes.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel the customers will enjoy.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and restaurant functions and services
