The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Food and Beverage Assistant Manager has become available at Aberdeen Altens Hotel Reporting into the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible to work within all areas of food and beverage, organising and planning to ensure the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.To ensure the efficient running of the Restaurant, Bars & Functions within standards laid down by the Company in order to acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You will assist with staff training and development and to encourage them to up sell food and beverage, to continuously monitor and check standards of work and correct when necessary, cover Duty Manager shifts when required. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.
